What I'm looking for next

Engineering manager or director, program or technical program manager, or AI platform and intelligent automation work. Remote on Eastern time, or hybrid near Lansing, Michigan.

I run a production fleet of AI coding agents every working day. I also write the tooling that keeps humans and agents working the same repos and boards safely, the FleetHarbor suite: RepoHarbor, TaskHarbor, FleetHarbor, and NeuroHarbor.

How I work

My pattern doesn't change with the tool. Walk the floor, learn how the work actually happens, then build the system that fits it instead of forcing the operation to pretend it's cleaner than it is. That's how I built the original SaaS that became RotoEdge Pro, how MyPaintBuckets runs painting operations today, and how I run the agent fleet.

With agents specifically: one queue as the system of record so a claim can't collide, a mediated git transport so branch policy holds even when a model gets confused, short-lived scoped credentials instead of a token an agent can hold onto, isolated runtimes so one bad agent strands its own sandbox, and human approval gates on what gets built, what ships, and what the fleet may touch at all. Full detail is on the AI agent infrastructure page.

I'm a US Air Force veteran: six and a half years in space operations (2005 to 2011), missile-defense early-warning radar and then satellite communications.
